All orders placed on our site must go through our automated verification system. In order to prevent fraudulent and underage orders, we use a system that flags orders we feel are likely to be fraudulent or underage.
In order to confirm that you are the cardholder, and that you are over 21 years of age, you may receive an automated email asking for proof of ID.
In you received this email, we are requesting a scan or photo of your ID that clearly shows your name (must match billing info) address, and birthday. While our system is pretty advanced, there are false flags from time to time, please don't take it personally.
If you do not want to provide your ID, we get it. Simply reply back letting us know, or ignore the email, and your order will automatically be cancelled and refunded in 10 business days.
